1. Using the site

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or submit spam or automated requests.

2. Free sample sites

Free samples are built from your business's public information and the details you send us. A sample is a preview only. There is no cost and no obligation. We may decline any request.

3. Paid work

Paid work starts only after you approve the scope, setup price, and monthly service fee in writing. Service is month to month, and you can cancel any time. Your website and accounts are set up in your name.

4. Your content

When you send us your menu, photos, logos, or other content, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you allow us to use them to build and run your site.

5. Our content

Our designs, templates, and site content belong to always open until they are delivered to you as part of paid work.

6. Text messages

• What we send: the link to your free sample, and replies to your questions if you text us.
• When: only after you submit a sample request with your phone number.
• Frequency: usually one message. We do not send marketing texts unless you ask for them.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time.
• Help: reply HELP or email flow@alwaysopenstudio.app.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this site or a free sample.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
